Shipping

LRV8 ships products to countries all over the world. Australia wide standard shipping is free, for all other shipping options are available and calculated during the check out process.

Shipments are fulfilled by our international logistics partners. By placing an international order, you acknowledge that the financial transaction and shipment will be processed by the carriers Freight Policy.

We value freight as an important part of your purchasing experience and so choose our freight partners carefully.

International Freight is a complex process and there are some aspects beyond our control, please read the following carefully:

For delivery addresses in Australian and New Zealand:

All orders for Australia and New Zealand go through our Sydney office and so are goverened and protected by Australian law. All orders are eligable for free shipping and as they do not go through a border between us and the delivery address its nice and simple, the price you pay is the price you pay and orders will not be subjected to any other costs. Simple :)

For delivery addresses to the Rest of the World:

  1. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up- do not confuse them for additional shipment charges. And we do not have responsibility for any custom tax/duties/VAT (Value Added Tax)
  2. Orders are not returnable or refundable because of unexpected customs duties or other taxes.

For all delivery addresses

  1. We will not provide Shipping Refunds due to weather related delivery delays.
  2. Deliveries to remote areas may increase delivery time.
  3. We do not take responsibility for goods confiscated by customs officials or by similar authorities.
  4. If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please tell us immediately using the contact information included with the order.
  5. Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting us, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
